1. Volunteer Role

I am helping A Few More Friends ("AFMF") voluntarily and without pay. I am not an employee, and I will follow the instructions of AFMF organizers and the venue.

2. Safe & Respectful Conduct

I will treat guests, artists, vendors, other volunteers and the venue with respect, will not work while impaired, and will stop any task I feel is unsafe and tell an organizer.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release

I understand that setup, breakdown and event work (lifting, moving equipment, being around crowds) involves some risk. I take part voluntarily and release AFMF, its organizers and the venue from claims for injury or loss arising from my volunteering, except in cases of their gross negligence.

4. Reliability

I will show up on time for the shifts I choose, or give notice as early as I can if I need to cancel.

5. Photo & Media

I allow AFMF to photograph or film events, including me, for promotion.

6. Age

I am 18 or older, or I have a parent or guardian completing this form with me.

7. Signature
