Vend With Us

1. Participation

Vendor is approved to sell at the AFMF event(s) confirmed in writing by A Few More Friends ("AFMF"). Approval is per event and does not guarantee future events.

2. Fees

Any vendor fee, revenue share, or donation to AFMF will be confirmed in writing before each event. No fee applies unless confirmed in writing.

3. Permits & Laws

Vendor is solely responsible for all licenses and permits required for its products (including a seller's permit and, for food and drink, a valid LA County health permit or temporary event permit) and will follow all applicable laws, including food safety and alcohol laws. Vendor will not sell alcohol unless separately approved in writing.

4. Setup & Breakdown

Vendor will arrive at the time given by AFMF, stay within its assigned space, leave the space clean, and remain until the end of the event unless otherwise agreed.

5. Insurance & Liability

Vendor operates at its own risk, is responsible for its own equipment, inventory and staff, and carries insurance where required by the venue or law. Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AFMF, its organizers, volunteers and the venue from claims, damages or injuries arising from Vendor's products, staff, or operations.

6. Conduct

Vendor will treat guests, artists, volunteers and the venue with respect. AFMF may remove any vendor whose products or conduct are unsafe or conflict with the community.

7. Cancellation

Vendor will give at least 48 hours' notice if unable to attend. AFMF may cancel or change an event, in which case no liability arises for either party beyond returning any fee paid.

8. Photo & Media

Vendor allows AFMF to photograph or film the event, including Vendor's booth, for promotion.

9. Agreement

This is the entire agreement for the event(s) confirmed, and typing a name below is a legally binding electronic signature.
